As our Service & Start-Up Technician, you’ll be a vital part of the team responsible for making sure pools are clean, functional, and ready to be enjoyed. As we hand over newly built and completed pools to our customers, these key responsibilities play a vital role in this transition.

🎯 Customer Service & Education

βœ” Provide professional, friendly, and clear communication to homeowners.
βœ” Conduct pool orientations, teaching customers how to maintain and operate their pools.
βœ” Address and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience.
