As a Construction Scheduler, you’ll be the mastermind behind our project timelines, ensuring our pool construction projects are executed smoothly and on schedule. You’ll work closely with customers, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors—coordinating key milestones, solving scheduling challenges, and making a real impact in bringing stunning pools to life.

What You’ll Be Doing
âś… Scheduling & Coordination
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure smooth execution.
- Plan critical phases like gunite and plaster installations.
- Lead daily and weekly scheduling meetings with project managers.
- Coordinate inspections and keep all stakeholders informed.
âś… Communication & Customer Service
- Act as the go-to scheduling contact, keeping clients, subcontractors, and team members updated.
- Provide customers with proactive updates on timelines, invoices, and any potential delays.
- Send project introduction emails and guide clients through the construction process.
âś… Organization & Documentation
- Maintain digital scheduling tools and ensure accuracy in all job files.
- Work closely with accounting to track completed phases for billing purposes.
- Keep project managers informed of workload distribution and potential scheduling conflicts.
âś… Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Navigate scheduling challenges with optimism and proactive problem-solving.
- Work with management to streamline scheduling processes for increased efficiency.
- Identify and address bottlenecks before they become issues.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (or similar software).
✔️ Ability to learn and use digital scheduling tools (e.g., Monday.com).
✔️ Strong organizational and time management skills—you thrive in keeping things running smoothly and you are detail oriented!
✔️ Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
✔️ A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—you take initiative and get things done.
✔️ A customer-focused approach—we exceed expectations, and you’ll play a big part in that.
