What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will:
✔ Oversee inventory control by placing and processing orders, tracking materials, and maintaining accurate records.
✔ Receive and stage materials, ensuring shipments are verified, properly stored, and ready for daily operations.
✔ Maintain warehouse and yard organization, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
✔ Coordinate facility repairs & maintenance, keeping tools and equipment in top condition.
✔ Manage vendor pricing and relationships, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.
✔ Support team collaboration, working closely with the Warehouse Manager, Fleet Manager, and other departments.
✔ Ensure safety and compliance, including proper forklift operation and PPE use.
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience with inventory control, purchase orders, and warehouse operations.
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to lift 40+ lbs., operate a forklift, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
✔ A positive, team-oriented attitude and a professional demeanor.
✔ Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
