Enjoy working outdoors around the most beautiful pools of private residences in the Lowcountry. As a service provider in the Area Supervisor role, you are a leader in your assigned territory for the Pool Maintenance Services team. Exceeding the customers’ expectations and leading your team to excellence is at the top of your list.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be driving a company-provided vehicle within your assigned area or to other locations as designated by your supervisor, performing quality control on the pools cleaned by Aqua Blue Pools.
  • Interact with your team and Aqua Blue Pools customers... providing excellent service, recommendations, and general guidance. Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure all customer expectations are exceeded and company guidelines and procedures are met.
  • Train, develop, and mentor your designated Pool Maintenance Services team.
  • Proactively train your team to diagnose any customer-service need and follow through to ensure the service is completed and the customer is updated each step along the way throughout the process. All the way through completion.
  • Effectively supervise your team to ensure the quality of work, spot-checking their workmanship.
  • Respond to service requests in a timely, thorough, and professional manner.
  • Make sure your team is up to par and their pools are ready for the customer’s next swim, ensuring it is impeccably clean and well-maintained.
  • Train and supervise your team to preserve the customer's pool by sustaining our preventive maintenance program and ensuring the pools are well-maintained.
  • Accept on-call service as needed.
  • Coaching, mentor, train, and continually monitor your team.

As an Area Supervisor in our Pool Maintenance Services division, you will also need to:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Have 3 years of experience managing/supervising teams of at least 5-8 employees
  • Have a good driving record
  • Have the ability to manage your time and stay organized and focused
  • Maintaining the highest standards in customer service; ethical and professional conduct
  • Knowledge of pools is a plus
  • Ensure your team is customer ready at all times while inspiring engaging, customer-focused behavior, mitigating and reducing customer issues, and driving positive first impressions for customers when we step onto their property.
